We offer domestic delivery services either via Kex Express, Jnt Express or NinjaVan Malaysia.
Tracking number will be provided through email once we have shipped out your order. If you have not received the tracking number update within 3 working days after the expected delivery date of shipment, please contact hanabellawarehouse@gmail.com
Postage charges
a. Domestic Delivery
Postage fees for domestic delivery are as below:
East Malaysia – RM10.00
Sabah & Sarawak – From RM16.00
Brunei - From RM85.00
Singapore - FromRM25.00
For the first 1KG and subsequent additional gram is as per Pos Laju Tariff Rate.
